ABSTRACT
Integrated omics (iOMICS) generates huge data deciphering which would enable us to better understanding of algal cell machinery. iOMICS would lead to construct an algal genome scale metabolic model for enhancing the production of various high value metabolites. Also, iOMICS would help us to identify transcription factors/regulatory hubs controlling these metabolic pathways.
