ABSTRACT
In any text related to the various aspects of petrochemical technology, it is necessary to consider the properties and behavior of the feedstocks first through the name or terminology and/or the definition of the feedstock. Because of the need for a thorough understanding of the petrochemical industry as well as crude oil and the associated feedstocks, it is essential that the definitions and the terminology of petrochemical science and technology be given prime consideration.
