ABSTRACT
Light-sheet microscopy has emerged as the method of choice to perform brain studies the at whole-organ scale. Indeed, this technique achieves high three-dimensional resolution at unprecedented volumetric throughput. In this chapter, we review the basics of the technology and the most recent developments and applications for whole-brain structural imaging.
