Abstract

This chapter seeks to understand the elements of the context of use in a pandemic scenario and their impact on user experience and accessibility in the face of the challenges of remote activities. The behavior and direction of evaluation and data collection methods are investigated. The elements of the new scenario were discussed and how the user experience takes on new dimensions. We seek to present the aspects that affect the conduct of the user experience methods and context of use in the pandemic period. The discussion considered aspects related to the psychosocial impacts on users. The need to know the needs of users in this new pandemic scenario is emphasized. New technologies for remote UX research are discussed. A survey of perception of the use of digital technologies in remote activities is presented, collaborating to understand the needs of the new user and their emerging needs.
