ABSTRACT
This chapter highlights building information modelling (BIM) relating to building performance simulation (BPS), reviewing several ways that BPS and BIM interact in design and operations. Highlighted is an integrated project delivery case study project leveraging a custom build real-time BPS/BIM modelling tool.
