ABSTRACT
Although the emerging Rights of Nature legal paradigm does not specifically highlight the individual principles per se, it is based on the Laws of Reciprocity. Now this paradigm must be nourished, strengthened, expanded, and lived to shift the short-term economic priorities of the wealthy minority to encompass biophysical necessities and rights of all peoples and generations for a sustainable and dignified life.
