ABSTRACT
Mr. B, 54 years old, a farmer from a rural area in Switzerland, with a long history of smoking was previously diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma G3 Carcinoma of the Tonsil pT2 pN2b (4/24) M0 and treated with tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection and received additional radiotherapy with 60 Gray. After a first recurrence a year later he received salvage surgery, but was lost to follow-up thereafter.
