ABSTRACT
A key characteristic of the integrated project delivery (IPD) approach, through collaboration between the project-owner participant (OP) and non-owner participants (NOPs), is a high level of innovation and its diffusion throughout the project teams and beyond (Love and Gunasekaran, 1999; Mandal et al., 2003; Walker et al., 2003; Walker and Lloyd-Walker, 2015).
