ABSTRACT
The original edition of this book included a chapter on the experience of AAR in Japan. Since then, the recognition and understanding of AAR have spread and grown around the world (the principal reason for preparing this new edition), so that this chapter now embraces China and other south-east Asian countries, as well as updating the situation in Japan.
