ABSTRACT

Low-voltage power electronics (LVPE) are used for many applications including DC–DC converters, motor controllers, and power switching applications. These types of electronics support operational voltages of up to 50 V and typically consist of three sections: (1) a controller, (2) high-voltage and power interface circuits consisting of high-side and low-side power transitory drivers, and (3) power transistors (typically for half or full bridge driver). These three sections are shown in Figure 60.1. A block diagram of a typical low-voltage power electronic circuit. https://s3-euw1-ap-pe-df-pch-content-public-u.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/9781315216911/9fc10d54-04ca-4e8b-af21-9892cbc5b25d/content/fig60_1.tif"/>
