ABSTRACT
Outer space and the planets in our solar system provide some of the harshest environments that electronics are likely to experience. This brief appendix provides a reference for the temperature ranges and radiation levels of the planets in our system as we know them today. This chapter will describe something about each planet and summarizes the temperatures in tabular form at the end. This information is only a summary. A more full description was provided in Chapter 2.
