ABSTRACT
Modern diffractive optics interrelates with the rapidly advancing studies of ion-plasma processes. For purposes of this monograph, we will divide the studies into two groups: studies of physical processes occurring in plasma and studies of interaction between plasma particles and the surface being treated.
