ABSTRACT
There would not be a need for occupational safety and health (OSH) as a discipline if hazards did not exist in the workplace. Businesses, industries, and companies are formed to provide services, goods, and manufactured items; develop new products; provide assistance; construct edifices; or transport or move materials. With these entities come process, procedures, and outcomes that include a multitude of hazards.
