Abstract

This essay aims to give an overview and introduction to various forms of Jewish and Palestinian terrorism during the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, mapping out the larger trends of the conflict and the role played by terrorism. A comprehensive study of the topic is not within the scope of this study. For that, the reader is encouraged to look at the further reading section at the end of the chapter. Neither will it be a list of attacks; for that there are a number of statistical references available.
