ABSTRACT
Paraphrasing Zimmerman’s insight, two features in favor of a philosophical theory are (i) its ability to preserve the belief of folk ontology, the reflective beliefs of commonsense held pervasively by thoughtful people and (ii) the naturalness of its fit with other views, especially philosophical views, held by its advocates.
