Development of human resources in Central and South America

Central and South American countries have made gains in economic growth, job creation and political stability, which have produced a 50 per cent growth in the middle class in the last decade (World Bank 2013e). As the economies continue to grow and develop, increased attention is being given to Human Resource Development (HRD) throughout the region.
