ABSTRACT

Good ideas endure. They are tested and applied. They are also questioned and stimulate debate; but that too is a valuable thing. One way or another, good ideas have impact (Runco, 1995). According to Csikszentmihalyi (1990), good ideas begin with an individual, and if they are truly creative, they eventually have an impact on others working in the same field. They may change the assumptions and basic premises of a domain, and if they do so, they will eventually change the material provided to other individuals as they move into the field.
