ABSTRACT

After several years of practice, the cooperation mechanisms under the Belt and Road are mainly the dialogue mechanisms at different levels, complemented by (trade) treaty mechanisms. These cooperation mechanisms widely intersect with the existing development strategies, initiatives and agendas of the countries along the routes and international organisations. They are parallel with the existing multilateral and bilateral dialogues and treaty mechanisms and highlight the principle of inclusiveness. At different levels, the top-level cooperation mechanisms, strategic synergy, multilateral cooperation and bilateral cooperation mechanisms are compatible with each other and will be gradually improved.
