ABSTRACT
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, held in November 2012, put forward the original form of the community with a shared future for mankind. The report of the congress states: “Human lives in the same global village and lives in the same time and space where history and reality meet. Humanity has been more and more interwoven with each other to become a community of a shared destiny”. 1
