ABSTRACT
Since the founding of the PRC, it has been an important experience for the CPC to govern the country by proposing corresponding strategic objectives to lead the development of socialism in accordance with international and domestic situations and development conditions of the country. The proposal of the Two Centenary Goals undoubtedly confirms this assertion.
