ABSTRACT
The concept is that all civilisations have strengths, so different civilisations should draw on others’ advantages through exchanges (including dialogues) so as to secure world peace and achieve shared prosperity. This is the diplomatic philosophy and practice that has been strenuously promoted by the Chinese leadership over the past few years.
