ABSTRACT
The Belt and Road Initiative mainly aims to boost global connectivity and sustainable development, and especially promote the powerful sustainable development of the global economy by continuously financing the infrastructure construction. The Addis Ababa Action Agenda (hereinafter referred to as “AAAA”) is an important achievement of UN member states in jointly boosting the sustainable development, which provides a global framework for financing the sustainable development. With a common mission for boosting the global sustainable development, the Belt and Road Initiative and AAAA strengthen a strategic alignment and coordination, establish a closer international development partnership, boost the South–North Cooperation, South–South Cooperation and Triangular Cooperation, and provide a strong foundation for the global sustainable development agenda after 2015.
