ABSTRACT
The Middle Corridor Initiative (hereinafter referred to as “this plan”) is also called the Middle Corridor Project, and it is a development plan proposed by the Turkish government to build a transportation network connecting Turkey and China: from Turkey, by way of Georgia, Azerbaijan, the Caspian Sea, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan, and finally to China. 1
