ABSTRACT
Miranda and Joseph had been married for seven years. After two miscarriages, Miranda was excited to conceive again. Though anxious during the first trimester, after hitting the 12-week “safe zone” and passing early fetal diagnostic tests, Miranda finally began to relax. She and Joseph discovered they were expecting a girl and chose the name Hope.
