Colonisation was a galactic Euro-North America-centric project centrally sponsored by three elements – destruction, deformation and development. In order to systematise these distortions and displacements, the colonisers introduced the logic of development which only functioned as a metaphor for kleptocracy, socio-historical trafficking, epistemic and ontological violence and racism. Therefore, in order to uproot these perennially functioning colonial networks, it is important to move beyond the Fanonian binary of privileged zones and underprivileged zones.
