Abstract

The practice mode of knowledge management in Chinese enterprises is constantly changing. Over the past 20 years, it has gone through the stages of KM1.0, KM2.0 and KM3.0. Standing in the present, looking at the past and thinking about the future, let’s take a look the practice progress of three generations of Chinese knowledge management and their respective characteristics. After that, a case of knowledge management in a Chinese enterprise will be systematically introduced to really understand how knowledge management is implemented in the enterprise. Finally, it summarizes the commonness in practice and puts forward five common pitfalls that need to be avoided during the implementation of knowledge management.
