Abstract

When considering the value implications of coopetition, it is important to have a robust way to describe the created and appropriated value. This chapter describes the coopetition value matrix (CVM) as a typology and diagnostic tool to describe and analyze the types of value that are created for different stakeholders. The CVM uses stakeholder theory and the five capitals model as departure points
