ABSTRACT
Medicine is a conjectural science, it is false because as an astronomer predicts when an eclipse will arrive, such and such year, such and such day, such and such minute, likewise a physician on sounding the pulse of a patient may predict such and such disease and decide that this day will be judged by such and such crisis, in this way it is certain and posited on some true principles compared to diagnoses. 1
