Abstract

The past three decades have witnessed the availability of a very large amount of Chinese language resources online. This chapter will introduce some of the important ones, including corpora, knowledge bases and the related search engines, with extended discussions about their application in the research and teaching of Chinese, their potential impact on Chinese linguistics, and the challenges to their future development.
