Funding and Financing for Disaster Risk Reduction Including Climate Change Adaptation

This chapter provides an overview of funding and financing disaster risk reduction (DRR) including climate change adaptation (CCA). It examines the overlaps, connections and differences between the two types of funding, and seeks to critically evaluate the key challenges and opportunities for better integration of CCA funding mechanisms under broader DRR schemes.
