ABSTRACT
The genesis of Kiichiro Toyoda’s entrepreneurial contribution to society, Toyota Motor Company, and its impactful production system, began with the philosophy and accomplishments of his father, Sakichi Toyoda. We cannot understand the son without knowing about his father’s huge influence.
