These stakeholders include architects, landscape architects, engineers, planners, construction managers, environmentalists, scientists, developers, facilities managers, code officials, fire marshals, building inspectors, national/state/city/county/local officials, emergency managers, law enforcement agencies, disaster relief organizations, civil society organizations (including Non-Governmental Organizations), the private sector, and members of the community as a whole.
