The current work outlines the necessity and the significance of the concept of Oneness for our inner and outer lives including organizations and societies. Oneness, an underrepresented term in the literature, has been approached from many angles including science, philosophy, self, and finally from an organizational standpoint. As oneness implies healthy way of being that involves the expanded self, it is imperative for our future that holds potentials for evolutionary growth, especially with the help of elevated consciousness. Understanding and cultivation of oneness would be incomplete if we do not consider the intra- and interpersonal underpinnings. Like parts and their relationship with wholes, organizations also can be considered to be wholes made up of individual members and groups which all can be studied under the umbrella of oneness. If we would like to make oneness a reality for the organizations, carving out the true essence of us humans can be a viable path. If, on the other hand, oneness is an idealized state of being, enabling consciousness at all levels by making sure certain competencies are there at the individual level, along with related leadership practices, made easier by a learning organization praxis and culture all seem to provide a path that leads to a healthy future for the organizations.
