ABSTRACT
The chapter presents a state of art of contemporary Gramscian-inspired IPE, Henceforth, it begins from the Coxian framework and discusses it with particular attention to its dialogues with Gramsci and the concepts of internationalization and transnationalization of the state. Besides that, the chapter also presents some dialogues that have been established with the Coxian framework; some of its critics as well as some distinct Gramscian routes to IPE. Past, present and future route of research of a Gramscian IPE will also be presented.
