ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses key ideas and concepts intertwined with noncentric knowledge and their implication for multicultural education curriculum in Asia. From the perspective of intercultural education, the chapter provides a critique of neoliberal economic globalization, problematizing Eurocentrism in knowledge production, and advocating the public value of education. In doing so, the chapter aims to elaborate the concept of noncentric knowledge and an inclusive Asian curriculum.
