Abstract
To provide general process guidance, Chapters 10 and 11 draw examples from many study areas, and do not thoroughly discuss any single project. Readers with comparatively little S-O modeling experience might want to delay reading these chapters until after reading Chapter 12 and/or 13, which deal much more thoroughly with fewer study areas, for hydraulic and transport optimization, respectively.
