Abstract

For a particular site and situation, many optimization problem formulations and scenarios (F-Ss) will use much similar data but will also require some different data. For example, they will share data used by the simulator to predict the nonoptimal future that will result from not implementing an optimal strategy. They will also share other data. Equation 11.1 categorizes reasons for employing constraints. Different F-Ss might use identical data to pose constraints.
